You will do a 12 mile after getting completely smoked. All I did to prep for RASP was pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups, and running, and I did just fine. There’s a million different ways to prep yourself for a selection course, and there’s a million more different ways to stay in shape, so there is a wide plethora of ways that you can prep yourself for RASP.
