We had a three day rental and we went out for five minutes, realized the sham and brought the boat back. Soooo we pushed. We pride ourselves on providing the best boats available for boating in the Key West area. Thank you for such a positive review, Kaja! we will rent here again. Come back and see us soon! After a long 24 hr drive from Virginia to Key West Fl all my husband wanted to do here was rent a boat so we could go fishing, snorkeling and have a little picnic. My advice to you is next time you set out on a vacation please insure you have a credit card for authorizations, holds and such as all businesses (hotels, bike rentals, car rentals, flights..) require credit cards. We specialize in fiberglass and gelcoat and are available to repair or makeover your vessel. She had 1 bar. We've been coming to the Keys every year for a long time during lobster season, and have always found it difficult to find a reliable boat rental that keeps their records in order when you make a reservation far in advance, keeps their boats in great working order, are great with communication, and make sure you actually have a dive flag and life vests on board (I mean, come on, this has legit happened to us before). Easy pick up and drop off. The drunk lady they had working the yard hadn't sanded the bottom. We made contact with owner. Please view our policy again on spencersboatyard.com, I rented a 26ft Rendezvous deck boat for the week. They were sent out back and everything was on and we were off in 10 minutes or less. They wait until we get all the way down here last minute to inform us that the deposit was in fact 1,000$ and because we obviously didn’t have it (we had no idea of course).
