Those chests can drop anything, they're not limited to what you already have, I think it's only the prophecy dungeon secret chests that work that way. What you're describing is how Garden of Salvation's chests work. It will drop any of the armor pieces or weapons from that raid. The Prophecy chests also work like Garden.
