the cheaper seems to be 5g lighter too.and i prefer the 3360 myself i find it more reliable. Its wired design won't be ideal to work in small spaces like on a plane and it won't fit in most laptop bags. put them under the same test bench, mine do not but yea some skoll can doubleclick out of the box this way.
