Every review (as a general rule) says Great Content, App is horrible. I had Acorn about 2 years ago and it was so glitchy I cancelled.
Same with Shetland. I have acorn thru spectrum and I don’t have some of the new shows that are advertised on acorn. The customer service is crazy making. Many of my favorites on Acorn are now on BritBox.
I think you’re seeing their new format which is really bad. I do not work for nor receive any money from Amazon but I love my Recast!
Otherwise, to me they offer different shows.
