답글이 늦어져서 죄송합니다.
적어주신 내용을 볼 때 지방종이 아닐 가능성이 많습니다.
지방종은 대개 통증이 없이 시작되고, 꽤나 오랜시간에 걸쳐서 서서히 자라는 경우가 많습니다.
지방종은 세포분화시에 에러가 나서 생기거나, 지방 줄기세포 등의 이상으로 생기는 경우가 대부분이며,
위염 등의 후유증으로 지방종이 생기지는 않습니다.
오른쪽 윗 배에 있는 것은 작은 지방종일 가능성이 있는데, 한번 진찰을 해봐야 정확히 알 수 있을 것 같습니다.
그리고 간암이 생기면 대개 오른쪽 상복부 통증이 있거나 하는데, 통증이 있는 간암정도면 아주 진행된 간암이며,
덩어리가 만져지는 경우는 대개 커진 간이 만져지는 경우인데, 이정도면 황달 등의 증상이 함께 동반될 것 입니다. ^^;
너무 염려 안하셔도 될 듯 싶습니다.
지방종 검사는 진찰을 받아보시면 대개 그냥 봐드리기도 합니다.
